Lightly sparkling with a taste all of its own, Prosecco is fast becoming the discerning sparkling wine lover's alternative to champagne. Refreshingly low alcohol (10.5%) and far finer than many more expensive Proseccos. Prosecco is also the principal ingredient of a Bellini so as long as you have some peach juice to mix with it, you're away.
