These Gourmet Chocolate Truffles were originally created to celebrate the royal wedding of heir to the throne Prince William to Miss Catherine Middleton (now the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge). An unashamedly patriotic event, we chose to celebrate with a box of truffles adorned with a billowing Union Jack and flowing gold bunting. The box contains five Gourmet Chocolate Truffles, all new recipes: passion fruit in dark chocolate, hazelnut praline in an enrobed milk chocolate truffle, St. Clement’s (for wedding bells!), sea salt caramel in an enrobed dark chocolate truffle shell and a pink strawberry Marc de Champagne truffle.
