Delicious Hot Chocolate Sauce Recipe
This gorgeous chocolate sauce goes well with ice cream, profiteroles and anything else you want to smother with it!
Ingredients
- 170g bitter Prestat chocolate
- Half a pint of water
- 110g granulated sugar
Instructions
- Melt chocolate with the water at a low heat when it is smooth add the sugar
- When the sugar is dissolved bring the mix to boil and let it simmer with lid of the pan for 10-15 minutes until the sauce is syrupy
